Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- The brigade of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee involved in the construction of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area is stepping up the project at the final stage.

The commanding officers and members of the brigade finished the exterior finishing project including tiling exterior walls and laying flagstones and are stepping up the interior finishing project.

Those of the Mangyongdae District Battalion installed sanitary fixtures and lighting windows and are carrying on the detailed work including glazing, decorating ceilings and grinding walls.

The battalions of Sadong, Songyo and Taesong districts are pushing ahead with the interior finishing project including installing electric appliances while increasing the role of skilled workers and raising the level of specialization in construction.

The commanding officers and members of Ryokpho, Central, Taedonggang and Tongdaewon districts are displaying their meticulous style of work in various processes as required by technical regulations and construction methods.

Similar successes are being made in the battalions of Rangnang, Phyongchon, Moranbong and Ryongsong districts. -0-
