Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- Ryanggang Province built a new black swan breeding base at the Kapsan Duck Farm under the provincial rural economy committee.

The completion of the base capable of raising black swans regardless of seasonal conditions laid another foundation for bettering the livelihood of the people in the province.
