Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A team for promoting scientific farming in the DPRK has sent agricultural sci-tech products developed by scientists and technicians of different units to farms across the country to introduce them timely.

The team informs its members and officials of agricultural guidance organs at all levels working on the spot of the characters and use of various agricultural sci-tech products whose advantages and effectiveness were verified, and makes sure that the products are applied to farming practice.

In liaison with the agricultural sector and relevant units, it has produced and supplied agricultural sci-tech products to many farms, thus opening up a prospect for boosting the yield of wheat and barley as the first crop.

The team is intensifying the work to further increase the vitality of agricultural sci-tech products in minimizing damage caused by anticipative disastrous abnormal weather and harmful insects. -0-
