Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- A peculiar creation of the work for regional change is showing its splendid appearance in Ragwonpho on the east coast of the DPRK.

The units of the Korean People's Army at all levels, that launched the construction of the offshore farm true to the Workers' Party of Korea's intention to turn the fishing village area of Ragwon County into the people's ideal land, have finished all the framework projects.

The structures were built in the area, where only the sandy beach was seen a few months ago, heralding the bright future of Ragwon County. They are a proud fruition of the unyielding execution abilities of the reliable soldier-builders who are glorifying eternally the precious name of the revolutionary army in the vanguard of the struggle for realizing the policy for regional development in the new era.
