Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- The 77th Meeting of National Sports Guidance Committee took place on Dec. 11.

The meeting was presided over by Premier Kim Tok Hun, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea and vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, who is chairman of the National Sports Guidance Committee.

Present there were vice premiers Pak Jong Gun and Kim Myong Hun who are concurrently vice-chairmen of the National Sports Guidance Committee, Minister of Physical Culture and Sports Kim Il Guk, members of the National Sports Guidance Committee and officials concerned.

The meeting reviewed the committee members' work from August to October in 2024 and discussed the future orientation of their work.

The premier called upon the committee members and officials of relevant units to make positive contributions to the country's sports development and improvement of event techniques, true to the Party's policy on sports.

Then followed a video show of the successes of DPRK players who demonstrated the honor of the country in the international games this year. -0-
