Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Monday:

- On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War

Officials, working people, service personnel, youth and students laid flower baskets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
