Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- The rural housing construction is making progress this year, too, along with the grand construction projects to build innovative entities symbolizing the new era of comprehensive national rejuvenation in the DPRK.

11 thousand and hundreds of rural dwellings were erected and farmers moved into them since the beginning of this year and several model farms were built.

The final projects for rural housing construction are being pushed forward on a full scale in different parts of the country.

Ryanggang Province and battalions of Party members from different provinces completed the rural housing construction. The builders devoted their wisdom and enthusiasm to improving the quality of construction.

North Hamgyong Province is concentrating on raising the proportion of mechanization in the construction and strengthening the supervision of construction. Cities and counties have introduced dozens of kinds of new utensils and tools to make substantial progress in decoration plastering and tiling.

Cities and counties in North Phyongan Province are expanding the successes in the construction while examining the technical innovation proposals made by builders, verifying their effectiveness and introducing them in a responsible manner.

South Phyongan and Jagang provinces are stepping up the rural housing construction while paying attention to introducing advanced construction methods, and Rason Municipality has made successes in the rural housing construction by directing efforts to strengthening the force of skilled workers both in quality and quantity.

Pyongyang Municipality and other provinces are pushing ahead with the rural housing construction while directing efforts to improving the quality control system of construction and laying the foundation for the production of finishing building materials.

And every province is now building a model farm in harmony with public and production buildings such as modern rural dwellings, cultural hall, neighborhood-serving amenity, clinic, kindergarten and nursery. -0-
