Pyongyang, March 19 (KCNA) -- The military and civilian builders, out in the project for construction of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area of the DPRK, continue to expand achievements in the construction, pushing ahead with the foundation work.

Soldier-builders are making miracles and innovations at every construction site while displaying the spirit of stubborn offensive peculiar to the revolutionary army.

They have steadily raised the level of specialization in the work, while positively applying advanced building methods to shorten the time of form assembly, concrete mixture placement and striking.

Various civilian construction units finished the foundation excavation in a short span of time, following the working spirit and manner of the service personnel of the People's Army, and are stepping up the foundation concreting in real earnest.
