Pyongyang, January 11 (KCNA) -- A new sci-tech library has appeared in Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK.

The modern library with conditions for information service, discussion, dissemination and exhibition, built at the foot of Mt Janam, provides another powerful base for implementing the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on making all the people well versed in science and technology.

An inauguration ceremony of the Kaesong Municipality Sci-tech Library took place on Friday.

Present there were Kim Yong Gyu, chief secretary of the Kaesong Municipal Committee of the WPK, officials, working people, youth and students in the municipality and employees of the library.

Choe Kyong Nam, chairman of the Kaesong Municipal People's Committee, addressed the ceremony. -0-
