Quality of Processed Wheat Products Improved in DPRK
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- According to Minju Joson, the Ministry of Regional Industry of the DPRK completed the techniques of manufacturing gluten-reinforcing agents and natural antiseptic capable of improving the taste of processed wheat products and prolonging their expiration date, and established a relevant production line.
The establishment of the modern additive production line opens up a prospect for producing tasty and nutritious processed wheat products at will.
The gluten-reinforcing agent production line composed of mixing, drying and grinding processes and natural antiseptic production line with sorting, grinding and washing, heating, extracting and concentrating processes were completed. -0-
