Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place on the spot on Sunday to mark the tenth anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's field guidance at the scientists' lodging quarters.

Present there were officials concerned and officials and employees of the lodging quarters.

Yun Ok Hwa, manager of the scientists' lodging quarters, made a report.

The reporter said that Kim Jong Un initiated the construction of the Sci-Tech Complex and the lodging quarters, which embodies the Workers' Party of Korea's idea of attaching importance to science and technology and the developing features of the Juche-oriented architectural art, on the picturesque bank of the River Taedong, and personally examined designs, architectural layouts and drawings and built the scientists' lodging quarters into a modern and cultural service center.

On October 27, 2015, Kim Jong Un visited the scientists' lodging quarters and looked round various places to give detailed teachings to the issues of serving food for scientists and establishing a proper management and operation system, she said.

She noted that the officials and employees of the scientists' lodging quarters have devoted their wisdom and enthusiasm to glorifying the leadership exploits of the Party and improving the management and operation over the past decade.

The reporter called on all the officials and employees of the lodging quarters to wage a vigorous struggle to carry out the important tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un during his field guidance at the lodging quarters and thus greet the Ninth Congress of the WPK with proud labor achievements. -0-
