Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- The Chongjin Schoolchildren's Footwear Factory of the DPRK has been built.

An inauguration ceremony took place on Dec. 19.

Present at the ceremony were Han Yong Song, secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, working people and builders in Chongjin City, and employees of the factory.

Pak Kyong Su, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inauguration speech. Then, others spoke at the ceremony. -0-
