Pyongyang, April 26 (KCNA) -- The Ensemble of the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK gave a music and dance performance "Everlasting echo of the Paektu curriculum" at the April 25 House of Culture here on April 25, the 93rd founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, Choe Tong Myong, secretary of the WPK Central Committee, Jong Kyong Thaek, director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army, and other commanding officers of armed forces organs, service personnel, teaching staff and students of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Kang Pan Sok Revolutionary School and Pyongyang citizens.
The national anthem of the DPRK was played solemnly. Put on the stage were colorful numbers including famous songs of the times demonstrating the ever-victorious tradition of the Korean revolution.
The performers sang in high praises of the bright heyday of a powerful country unfolded on this land, which was permeated with the blood and soul of the guerrillas along with the bloody traces of pioneering, the unprecedented resistance history of the forerunners who defeated the imperialist tyranny.
Such umbers as the male solo and pangchang "Nostalgia", an immortal classic, male quintet and chorus "Let's Keep the Revolutionary Faith to the Death" touched the hearts of the audience, recollecting a warm memory of the noble life of the first generation of the Korean revolution who devoted their youth and lives to the sacred war for national liberation, cherishing ardent love for the country and indomitable revolutionary faith.
The excitement and joy of the people ushering in a new era of prosperity and rejuvenation unprecedented in the history of the DPRK, holding the respected Comrade
