Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Members of the youth shock brigades of coal mines in South Phyongan Province of the DPRK are demonstrating the spirit and courage of youth.

50 coal-mining youth shock brigades over-fulfilled their yearly tunneling plans. In particular, the Kim Hyok and Kang Ho Yong youth shock brigades of the Chonsong Youth Coal Mine, the Kil Yong Jo Youth Shock Brigade of the Kaechon Coal Mine, and the Cha Kwang Su youth shock brigades of the Pongchon Coal Mine, the Tukjang Youth Coal Mine and the Ripsok Coal Mine over-fulfilled their two-year national economic plans.

The youth coal miners working at the outpost of the self-supporting economy are demonstrating the high ideological and spiritual world of the Korean young vanguard and the strength and enthusiasm of patriotism. -0-
