Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- The civilians and servicepersons involved in the project for construction of 10 000 flats at the third stage in the Hwasong area of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, are making steady progress in the final stage of the construction project through the dynamic campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them.
