Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- The militant enthusiasm of the revolutionary army to prove the validity and vitality of the regional development policy as a proud entity by building a peculiar creation of the regional change, another fairyland of the East Sea, is being displayed in Ragwonpho of the DPRK.

Units and sub-units at all levels are directing efforts to improving the quality of structures on the basis of detailed plans, while conducting the project operations and command including materials supply, manpower allocation and construction organization.

Soldier-builders finished the foundation and frame work of dwelling houses in a short span of time by generalizing the experience gained by advanced units while meeting the requirements of design and construction. They have stepped up the internal and external construction work and roofing work at the final stage.

The appearance of Ragwonpho in the east coastal area is changing day by day thanks to the loyalty and stubborn struggle of the revolutionary army to bring about a new miracle of the Korean-style ideal fishing village and the regional change. -0-
