Music and Dance True Story-Telling Performance Given in DPRK

Pyongyang, July 16 (KCNA) -- The music and dance true story-telling performance "Our Father" created by the North Phyongan Provincial Art Troupe in the DPRK has been given at the Pyongyang Grand Theatre from July 14.

Among the audience were officials and working people in Pyongyang.

The performance shows with artistic picture the devotion and efforts of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who personally commanded a rescue operation in the flood-hit areas of the northwestern part of the country, took special measures unprecedented in history and defended the destiny of his beloved people to the last and took warm care of them.

It consists of prologue, epilogue and seven scenes of four chapters. The performers sang in high praises of the glory and pride of the people holding the greatest father in the world as the leader through their truthful and vivid depiction.

Watching the performance, the audience vowed to fulfill their duty as citizens in the campaign to glorify the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea as the glorious one and a grand festival of victors under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un. -0-
