Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- The three-revolution team members active in different parts of the DPRK set themselves to research projects of resolving the scientific and technological problems arising in reality, and have conducted a brainstorming campaign to contribute to developing units and increasing production.

The team members active at the Ranam Coal-mining Machine Factory designed rationally a moisture separator, water feeding and blowing systems and dust absorbing process and made the necessary equipment and devices in a short span of time in cooperation with the technical force at the factory to increase the dust-absorbing efficiency. And they devised and applied a panel for controlling automatically the temperature of heat treatment furnace to provide a guarantee for boosting the actual extraction rate of products.

Those active at the Kangso Coal Mine produced grease with waste oil to operate coal-conveying equipment on a regular basis, and invented equipment for spraying concrete mixture with compressed air to save labor and increase work efficiency in slope-pit concreting.

The team members active at the Anbyon Youth Power Station remodeled a device of a hydraulic turbine in order to ensure the safety in operating equipment, carried out a technical innovation task for shortening the date of repairing the generator cooling system and increasing its operation time and thus promoted the growth of production and economic benefits of the unit.

At the South Hwanghae Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise, the team members increased the blasting efficiency by applying the contrary detonation blasting method.

The team members active at the Chonnaeri Cement Factory, too, conducted a vigorous technological innovation movement to manufacture and install a rational waste gas cleaning apparatus, thus preventing environmental pollution and improving the working conditions of employees. -0-
