Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Multi-functional leisure complexes are now under construction in Kangdong County, Pyongyang Municipality, Jongphyong County in South Hamgyong Province and Kaephung District in Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK.

The non-permanent central committee for promoting Regional Development 20 x 10 Policy is intensifying its guidance to help the relevant regions make preparations for operating the leisure complexes.

Under the guidance of the committee, Pyongyang Municipality held a workshop on commerce, public catering service and welfare service at Pyongyang Jang Chol Gu University of Commerce and the municipal school of commerce and technology for the persons selected from Kangdong County.

South Hamgyong Province has sent teachers of the provincial-level commercial service education units to Jongphyong County to give training courses for various occupations.

Kaesong Municipality has organized a technical short course and passing-on technique for the employees of the leisure complex at Koryo Songgyungwan University and the municipal school of commerce and technology.

Officials in the library field of Kangdong county, Jongphyong county and Kaephung District leisure complexes are learning necessary practical techniques at the Sci-tech Complex from June. -0-
