Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- Chairman Kim Jong Il's whole life was a brilliant one of the genuine leader of the people who had always kept them in his mind all his life.

It was his noble outlook on the people that the popular masses are an almighty being in the world and if the people to be called with the title of "great" exist, they are none other than the Korean people.

Once, a factory of high economic value was to be built in the upper reaches of the Songchon River in South Hamgyong Province.
