Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, many young people have volunteered to work in socialist countryside after the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea in January 2021 and hundreds of model youth workteams and model youth sub-workteams have been produced in the country.

Since more than 140 youths in Nampho Municipality volunteered to work at 20-odd farms in the municipality in March 2021, many young people across the country have volunteered to work in the socialist countryside.

Hundreds of units, including the youth workteam at the Ryongrim Farm in Mundok County of South Phyongan Province and the youth sub-workteam at the Hakso Farm in Yomju County of North Phyongan Province that distinguished themselves in carrying out the three-revolution tasks of ideology, technology and culture and the state grain production plan, won the honor of model youth sub-workteam (workteam) and twice and thrice model youth sub-workteams (workteams). -0-
