Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers of the Chonnaeri Cement Factory in the DPRK have increased production.

The factory has organized a passing-on technique and demonstration and turned the technical innovation movement for improving the quality of product into the work of the masses themselves.

Its general command room is putting the whole process of production on an active basis, thus taking the lead in production and management activities.

Officials, workers and technicians at the calcinating workshop increased the number of inspection of equipment per shift by twice as compared with the last year and boosted the output of clinkers per hour.

The cement workshop over-fulfilled its daily plan by conducting the campaign in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them and introducing technical innovation proposals.

The raw material workshop has secured different raw materials urgently needed for cement production and ensured the mixing ratio in a proper way, thus contributing to improving the quality of products.

The limestone branch mine is directing efforts to the tunneling of small pits and producing a lot of limestone every day through large- and small-scale blasting.

The workers at the ore conveying workshop and the pulverizing coal workshop have ensured the fulfillment of the national economic plan. -0-
