Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- Kangwon Province in the DPRK has made successes in the work to lay the foundation of producing dairy products, said Rodong Sinmun.

This year, the Wonsan Dairy Cattle Farm was newly built, the construction of goat farms was completed in different cities and counties and tens of thousands of goats and dozens of dairy cows were secured.

The province set as a model the rooms for supplying and producing dairy products at the Phoha-dong and the Hyondong Vegetable Farm in the city of Wonsan and organized a show so as to rev up the public enthusiasm.

And it manufactured milk powder and yogurt production equipment and sent them to ris in rural areas and dairy production units.

The work to produce more dairy products for the children is getting more intensive day by day. -0-
