Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Sonexay Siphandone, prime minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on December 2 on the occasion of the 49th founding anniversary of the LPDR.
