Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- Universities and colleges in the DPRK strive to help students acquire more than two foreign languages.

Pyongyang University of Architecture has directed efforts to developing the conversation ability with the main emphasis put on making students acquire the ability to express their knowledge of study subject in foreign languages.

Pyongyang Jang Chol Gu University of Commerce worked out a plan for training masters of many languages and has conducted presentation, judgment of ability and school contests in weeks, months and quarters to raise the overall level of foreign language education to a higher level.

Teachers of Phyongsong University of Coal Mining and other universities and colleges across the country are working hard to increase the number of masters of foreign languages among students. -0-
