Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Pang Kum Sun, a woman centenarian living in Neighbourhood Unit No. 32, Hungun-ri, Yonggwang County, South Hamgyong Province, on her 100th birthday.

As officials of the county, villagers and relatives visited her family to congratulate her, Pang's house was in a festive mood.

Before Korea's liberation, she had to experience the deep sorrow of a stateless nation while suffering from poverty. She could lead a genuine life under the care of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea which provides the DPRK people with an independent and creative life.

After receiving the birthday spread with her great excitement, she extended her gratitude to Kim Jong Un for having shown such warm loving care even for an ordinary old woman who had not done a great thing for the country. -0-
