Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) -- A meeting was held at the Mangyongdae Children's Camp on June 2 to mark the tenth anniversary of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un's field guidance at the camp.

The reporter said that the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un gave precious instructions on remodeling the Mangyongdae Children's Camp at the highest level as required by the new century and personally guided its layout and solved all problems arising in the construction.

On June 3, 2016, the respected fatherly Marshal visited the newly remodeled camp and highly appreciated the officials, Party members and other working people for contributing to the remodeling project, saying that the camp was renovated perfectly, the reporter noted. He added that the respected fatherly Marshal saw to it that the inauguration ceremony was held with splendor on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

The reporter referred to the fact that over the past decade the officials and teaching staff of the camp have directed efforts to the education of the campers to contribute to making schoolchildren consolidate the knowledge they learned and train their bodies and mind so that they can grow up to be reliable pillars of the socialist country.
