Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- Training of skilled workers for the operation of regional-industry factories under construction progresses apace in different parts of the DPRK.

North Hwanghae Province is focusing its attention on the vocational technology colleges which play an important role in training skilled workers.

As subjects and target figures for skilled worker training of vocational technology colleges in cities and counties have increased, the province selected excellent teachers who can give theoretical and practical education and appointed them as teachers in charge of different subjects.

South Phyongan Province is striving to improve the educational conditions and environments for training skilled workers.

North Phyongan and other provinces, too, are pushing ahead with the project to put education on a more modern IT basis at vocational technology colleges in order to train many skilled workers with different jobs. -0-
