Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- The Wonsan Rolling-Stock Factory in the DPRK is making successes in the production of wagons and in the repair of vehicles while consolidating the material and technical foundations of the repair bases and recycling lots of materials.

The factory has remodeled various kinds of jigs and equipment to suit the actual conditions and improved their performance, thus saving manpower and raising its work efficiency.

It has collected scraps of iron plates for recycling.

It has introduced high frequency induction heater in contact with a relevant unit, thus ensuring the actual extract rate on a high level and raising the productivity by more than two times.

It is reprocessing the waste materials to make bearing protection devices while stepping up the trial production of build-up welding rods at the final stage.

The workers of the factory are pushing ahead with the production while exploring and mobilizing internal reserves and potentials. -0-
