Pyongyang, July 1 (KCNA) -- New documentary films were produced to encourage all the people making a general onward march toward the peak of new victory under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The Korean Documentary and Science Film Studio successfully created the documentary film "Writing a New History of Regional Development" (1).

The film deals with the immortal leadership exploits of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of regional rejuvenation unprecedented in the history of the DPRK, while regarding the well-being of all the people as his cherished desire.

The new documentary film "Socialist Patriotic Young Forerunners" (1) shows the struggle of the young people of our era who are leaving valuable traces of the youth in the sacred journey of their beloved motherland.

The film represents well the noble spiritual world of the socialist patriotic young forerunners who are making a genuine contribution to the prosperity of the country with science, technology, creation and efforts at their posts and workplaces, while regarding it as the basis of their lives and the greatest pride to devote themselves to the country and its people, society and the collective. -0-
