Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- South Phyongan Province in the DPRK has newly built the Institute of Agricultural Science.

The comprehensive research base with research rooms, office building, e-library, tele-education room, hostel and all other conditions was built to lay another material and technical foundation for powerfully propelling the agricultural development of the province.

Ri Kyong Chol, chief secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Song Bom, chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Choe Yong Song, chairman of the Provincial Rural Economy Committee, and officials of the province looked round the newly built institute. -0-
