Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) -- Servicepersons and builders in the DPRK are displaying vigorous courage, exertion, unflinching enthusiasm and devotion in the struggle to implement the Workers' Party of Korea's new regional development policy.

The foundation excavation projects were completed for regional-industry factories, hospitals and leisure complexes in Kangdong, Paechon, Pukchang, Yomju, Taegwan and Koksan counties and Kaephung District and the Rakwon County Offshore Farm in a short span of time after their ground-breaking ceremonies for the new year's regional construction. The concrete tamping for foundation and frames is now being stepped up.

The non-permanent central committee for promoting Regional Development 20×10 Policy gives priority to raising quality and ensures that methods of construction are kept, while grasping the construction work and the supply of materials.
