Pyongyang, May 24 (KCNA) -- The activities of farm machine repair support teams are brisk at farms of North Hwanghae Province, the DPRK.

The provincial trade union committee organized exhibitions of farm machine parts in cities and counties to secure many accessories and dispatched more than 150 repair support teams consisting of technicians and skilled workers to farms.

Trade union officials from the province and Kumchon County are solving technical problems arising in improving the performance of farm machines at the Taechong Farm in Unpha County and the Kangbuk Farm in Kumchon County.

Trade union organizations in Sariwon and Songnim cities are conducting socialist emulation among farm machine repair support teams.

Officials and members of the primary trade union organizations of the Sariwon Mining Machine Factory, the Songnim City Power Distribution Station and other units are contributing to agricultural production through farm machine repair activities at farms.

Workers and technicians of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and the Sariwon Tractor Parts Factory produce, repair and maintain various kinds of accessories and farming equipment in a responsible manner.

Members of the teams in Sungho, Sinphyong, Suan and other counties donated lots of accessories and materials to farms after acquainting themselves with the number of their farm machines and are repairing and maintaining tractors, rice-transplanting machines and water pumps in a qualitative way. -0-
