Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- A DPRK delegation headed by Kim Sung Du, minister of Education, returned home on June 16 after taking part in the Third International Forum of Education Ministers held in Russia.

The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Ministry of Education and a councilor of the Russian embassy here. -0-
