Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un received a letter of thanks from the members of the congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China on March 7.

In their letter they expressed their gratitude to Kim Jong Un for inviting them to the celebrations of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, reflecting the unanimous mind of all the members of the General Association of Koreans in China.

Seeing with reverence, together with the people in the homeland, the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un proudly reviewing the great victory in the past five years and indicating the bright future of the country that will eternally prosper on the high platform of the Ninth Congress of the WPK, we have hardened our faith in sure victory that our socialist homeland is unshakable and victory is always in store for our people as we are led by the Marshal, no matter what formidable enemy may attack, the letter noted, adding:

Visiting the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers' Party of Korea, Hwasong Street, Pyongyang General Hospital, Kangdong County Hospital, etc. under the care of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, we could be convinced of the victory of the socialist cause to be achieved under the long-term plan of the Workers' Party of Korea and the future of the eternally prosperous country full of happy laughter of the people.

The letter expressed the will to steadily develop the General Association of Koreans in China, which is valued by Kim Jong Un as a precious patriotic legacy of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, into a powerful organization to be valued and followed by the compatriots, and concentrate their efforts on preserving and glorifying the sacred relics of the peerlessly great men and anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners in the northeastern area of China.

In the letter they pledged to become a patriotic organization and compatriots that make tangible contributions, sharing mind and keeping step with the people in the homeland in the sacred course of comprehensive national rejuvenation, a new period for national prosperity, indicated by the Ninth Congress of the WPK. -0-
