Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place on January 20 to mark the tenth anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's field guidance at the Ryuwon Footwear Factory.

Present there were Kim Kwang Su, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials and employees of the factory.

Choe Kyong Chol, secretary of the primary Party committee of the factory, made a report.

He said that the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the factory in January 2015 to learn in detail about its production while making rounds of various places, and clearly indicated the orientation and ways for turning the factory into a model unit and standard factory in the field of footwear industry of the country.

He said that the great loving care and trust of Kim Jong Un, who solved all the problems arising in turning the factory into the most wonderful one among the footwear factories across the country and had a photo session with the officials and employees in consideration of their earnest wishes, served as the driving force for ceaseless innovation and performing feats.

He noted that the factory has expanded varieties of trainers, developed new products and introduced valuable technical innovations through a dynamic drive for implementing the on-site guidance tasks of Kim Jong Un.

The reporter called on all officials and employees to glorify this significant year with higher production success with the pride and honor of working at the glorious worksite warmly associated with the leadership exploits of the Party. -0-
