Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The Central Education Information Center under the Ministry of Education is making efforts to put IT-based education on higher level.

The center is disseminating educational resources including educational aid program and multimedia for education to education institutions at all levels in Pyongyang and other regions via the private network in the field of education.

Researchers of the Pedagogic Informatics Institute are registering and systematizing the programs highly appreciated at national program exhibition, while scientifically establishing the long-term and step-wise plans for developing the pedagogic informatics.

The multimedia institute is making a deep study for standardizing multimedia programs for education while classifying and deliberating diverse education resources in close contact with universities and schools.

The room for developing programs is pushing ahead with the research into developing profitable and advantageous educational aid programs and improving the IT system in the field of education.

The researchers of the room for operating private network for education are taking technical and practical measures including managing equipment, power and security for the normal operation of network servers.
