Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers of the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex in the DPRK are building a melamine resin production base conducive to the improvement of people's standard of living.

Its construction project has been pushed forward at a high speed and entered the final stage.

The complex is concentrating efforts on the manufacturing and assembling of equipment while training technicians and skilled workers to be responsible for production. -0-
