Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- Schoolchildren's palaces and children's camps were newly built or remodeled in the DPRK.
In recent three years alone, the Sariwon Schoolchildren's Palace has been built and the "1,000-ri Journey for Learning" Schoolchildren's Palace, the Samjiyon Schoolchildren's Palace and others have been renovated.
Many schoolchildren conduct after-school activities every day at the schoolchildren's palaces with all conditions and environments necessary for their education, including hobby rooms and gymnasiums.
Children's camps across the country have been newly built or successfully remodeled.
The Phihyon, Kyongsong and Samjiyon children's camps were built in scenic spots and the February 16 Children's Camp, Nampho Children's Camp and other children's camps were remodeled into fine extracurricular education bases.
The songs and happy laughter of children, the king of the country, resound through the extracurricular education bases. -0-
