Pyongyang, May 29 (KCNA) -- The regional industrial sector of the DPRK is concentrating efforts on making tasty sauce and paste with wheat and maize as main ingredients.
The Food and Consumer Goods Institute under the Ministry of Regional Industry chose the lactic bacterium and various additives necessary for making quality paste with wheat and then found the rational rate of mixing the ingredients.
The officials at the ministry and the relevant units held a condiments show, drew up scientific and technical guidelines for factories and enterprises and are pushing ahead with production, placing technical guidance and the supply of raw and other materials before anything else.
The Pyongyang Condiments Factory is improving the quality of the maize paste and the sauce with the viewpoint that the attitude towards the quality of products precisely means the one to the people.
The Haeju Condiments Factory is producing tasty sweetish soy and paste by enhancing the role of technicians and skilled workers.
