Pyongyang, August 8 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, received a letter of sympathy from Dmitri Anatoliyevich Medvedev, president of the United Russia Party, over the serious damage caused by flood and heavy rain in some parts of the DPRK recently.

Saying that he was sad to hear the news of the natural disaster that occurred in the northwestern region of the DPRK, President Medvedev in his message expressed his sincere sympathy and hoped that all the victims would be rehabilitated as soon as possible. -0-
