Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to her Philippine counterpart Maria Theresa Parreño Lazaro on June 12 on the occasion of the 128th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.
