Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message on October 4 to Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalai on his appointment as prime minister of the Syrian Arab Republic.
