Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- Schoolchildren's art performance "Let Us Be Always Ready for the Socialist Country" was given at the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in the DPRK on June 5 to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Korean Children's Union.
Among the audience were Choe Tong Myong, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, Kim Jong Sun, department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, Kim Sung Du, minister of Education, officials of the youth league, participants in the celebrations of the 79th founding anniversary of the KCU, members of the delegation of Korean schoolchildren in Japan and schoolchildren.
