Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- A national presentation on technology and experience and exhibition of scientific research achievements in the agricultural sector took place at the Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK from Nov. 17 to 21.

Shared and transferred at the presentation and exhibition were the research achievements, technology and experience gained in the sectors of agricultural production and scientific research across the country.

Submitted to the presentation and exhibition, divided into nine panels including the agricultural production panel and the seed panel, were more than 1 000 papers and experimental data and at least 10 000 exhibits of over 1 200 kinds.

Drawing the attention of the participants were research achievements conducive to establishing Korean-style green cultivation and fish farming methods, breeding and introduction of supra-species, etc.

Present at the closing ceremony held on Friday were officials, scientists, teachers and postgraduate students of the Agricultural Commission and scientific and educational institutions in the agricultural sector.

Certificates were awarded to those who announced technology, experience and scientific research achievements, and prizes were awarded to the units and members who were highly appreciated. -0-
