Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- The relay teams carrying the letters of loyalty, presented by the Korean Children's Union members in all provinces of the DPRK to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 80th KCU birthday, are nearing Pyongyang.

The relay teams are welcomed and seen off everywhere they pass.

The relay teams from South and North Phyongan and South Hwanghae provinces are running with vigor, injecting the high revolutionary enthusiasm and spirit of advance into the socialist construction sites for implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's decisions.

Those from North Hwanghae, Jagang and Kangwon provinces are full of vigorous and bold spirit of the new generation.

Those from North and South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces grasped the leadership exploits of the Party in relevant areas and units and witnessed the ever-changing appearance of the country and the happy looks of the people on their way to the capital city of Pyongyang.

Those from Nampho, Rason and Kaesong municipalities are also quickening their footsteps to Pyongyang.

Relay team members conducted colorful political and cultural activities including meetings to tell their pride in ample knowledge, high morality and strong body, meetings to brag about their native places and schoolchildren's popular dancing parties.
