The demand for wheat paste is growing day by day for its delicate taste and flavor.
The soy and paste, an indispensable traditional food in the diet of the Korean people, has a long history. From olden times, the Korean people have regarded the tasty soy and bean paste as a pride of their families. It was a traditional custom to make soy and bean paste with steamed soybean from generation after generation.
But nowadays, each family has no need to steam soybeans for making bean paste as it is supplied with tasty wheat paste on a regular basis.
