Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Various units in the DPRK are putting spurs to the efforts to successfully complete this year's work.

The workers at the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex have registered high production results in November since the establishment of the gasification process. Tens of thousands more tons of fertilizer were produced than planned.

On Nov. 11, officials and workers at the Chollima Tile Factory carried out their yearly production plan at 109.5 percent. This figure means that one million more square meters of tiles were produced than the same period of last year.

Officials, workers and technicians of the factory are now striving to make a new record by producing tiles of more than one million square meters in addition by the end of the year.

Officials and workers at the Jonchon Rock Drill Factory are striving to adjust and reinforce the production foundation. The factory has fulfilled the modernization project at 80 percent and made progress in developing new products. It developed a high-performance rock-drill, thus opening up a prospect of starting the serial production of new-type mining equipment. -0-
