Pyongyang, May 30 (KCNA) -- The modern regional-industry factories in Jagang Province of the DPRK strive to turn out more quality consumer goods with regional features.

Amid competition among factories and workteams for developing products and improving their quality, the employees' initiative and ingenuity have been developed and their zeal to take part in the technical innovation prize contest has grown stronger. Advanced technology and experience were shared and transferred to establish a new fermented vinegar production line at foodstuff factories. And foundations were laid at daily necessities factories to produce powdered soap, liquid soap, shampoo and rinse.
