Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- The construction sites for regional-industry factories and hospital in Kangnam County of DPRK are overflowing with revolutionary enthusiasm of soldier-builders to further glorify their appellation as pioneers of socialist civilization and creators of the people's happiness.

Their unit has turned the construction sites into a space for education in the ideology and policy of the Workers' Party of Korea to launch an agitprop offensive, while organizing and commanding the work to push ahead with the project at a lightning speed.

Service personnel involved in the construction of factories have successfully completed the foundation work as required by design and construction method. They are now stepping up the frame work and infrastructure project at 70 percent.

Soldier-builders in charge of the construction of Kangnam County Hospital are speeding up the foundation work while allotting construction forces, equipment and means in a rational way and ensuring proper process-by-process engagement.

Their unit has organized technical study, demonstration lectures and competition of skilled persons to raise the technical knowledge and skills of soldier-builders, thus further building up the construction forces.
